Job Description & Responsibilities Persistent Systems is seeking a Regional Sales Director, EMEA, who will be responsible for strategically growing, scaling, and managing international business in Europe, the Middle East, and African regions including a network of international resellers.This individual will develop short and long-term strategies to increase revenue and proliferate our Wave Relay MANET technology in commercial, industrial, unmanned systems, and government sectors around the world.This individual will create partnerships with foreign military customers and leverage those partnerships to create direct sales opportunities and programs.This role will be dynamic with the right candidate both managing the Team and related resources and directly driving revenue and market share.This role offers the opportunity to work remotely in Europe or onsite in our NYC office.Position ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and executing strategy for growing the company's efforts in the region(s)Identifying and capturing FMS opportunities in the European and MENA marketsManaging, leading and mentoring the Europe and MENA teamsManaging and monitoring Partner relationships including pipelines, programs, and forecastsProviding a single point of contact for all aspects relating to the reseller networkIdentify largest international markets for Wave Relay® equipmentVetting and identifying prospective Wave Relay® Partners, agents, and consultantsEnsuring team-mentioned agreements and programs with Persistent Systems and individual resellers meet goals, requirements, and schedules of the overall companyOverseeing and planning market specific trade shows, conferences, and eventsProviding reseller strategies and projections to the Persistent Systems' Business Development and Sales departmentsTraveling to customer and business partner locations for programmatic meetings and eventsProviding input to the Engineering department in terms of roadblocks to entry into international marketsJob Qualifications & ExperienceMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering or a technical field10 years' experience supporting government projects for foreign entities10 years of foreign military sales experience focused on networking and communications systemsExperience with project planning (including creating and managing work breakdown schedules), project cost estimation, risk management, cost-benefits analyses, progress reporting, and identifying potential business partnersMust be able to travel up to 50% of the timeMust have a United States Security Clearance or be able to obtain a United States Security ClearancePreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in business administration15 years' progressive experience in international sales and sales management15 years' experience in technical salesThe compensation for this role can vary from $180,000 to $220,000 a year plus commission based on individual qualifications.Eligible for sales incentive compensation plan.Persistent Systems, LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; paid time off (sick time and vacation time); flexible spending accounts; 401(k) plan with company match; fitness membership reimbursement; tuition assistance; mental health benefits; and pet discounts.Company OverviewHeadquartered in New York City since ****, Persistent Systems, LLC is a global communications technology company which develops, manufactures, and integrates a patented and secure Mobile Ad Hoc Networking (MANET) system: Wave Relay®.The company's industry leading R&D team has designed wireless networking protocols to support their cutting-edge Wave Relay® system and technology.Wave Relay® is capable of running data, video, voice and other applications under the most difficult and unpredictable conditions.Their suite of products is field proven and utilized in Commercial, Military, Government, Industrial, Agriculture, Robotics, and Unmanned System markets.#J-*****-Ljbffr
