Strategic role in a growing software vendor evolving its commercial model.Opportunity to shape the company's solution-based go-to-market strategy.About Our ClientOur client is a software vendor active in the Italian market that is now entering a new growth phase, aiming to evolve to a service-driven, consultative commercial approach.Job DescriptionThe Senior Sales Manager, reporting directly to top management, will be a key figure in this commercial transformation.This is a newly created position offering the chance to take ownership of the strategic shift to solution selling.Key responsibilities include:Lead the transition toward a consultative, service-oriented sales model.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement the new go-to-market strategy.Engage directly with high-level clients in different sectors.Collaborate with the existing sales team in reaching new goals.Monitor market trends and adapt the strategy accordingly to maximize customer value.Report regularly to leadership on performance and business development progress.The Successful ApplicantThe ideal candidate should have:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Minimum 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience in software or tech services.Strong energy and initiative, with a passion for driving strategic change and transformation.A strong sense of ownership and a proven ability to deliver sustained impact over time.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Fluency in Italian and a good command of English.Availability to travel nationally as needed.What's on OfferA strategic role with real impact on the company's commercial evolution.The opportunity to take full ownership of a project with high visibility.Mid- to long-term potential for team leadership and career growth.#J-*****-Ljbffr
