Randstad Italia Spa, filiale di San Donato Milanese, cerca per un importante azienda cliente, che opera nel settore automotive, un Brand Communication Specialist.Sede di lavoro: San Donato Milanese;Orario di lavoro: full time, dal lunedì al venerdìSi offre un contratto di staff leasing a tempo indeterminato.Inquadramento contrattuale: 30k + buoni pasto da 8 euro;Retribuzione annua: *****€ - *****€esperienza2 anniresponsabilitàIl ruolo prevede lo svolgimento delle seguenti attività:Analisi quantitativa del funnel per migliorare le performance delle campagne di comunicazione.Analisi della Sales conversion per massimizzare il contributo del marketing ai lanci di prodotto e all'efficacia delle campagne.Supporto nelle campagne CRM focalizzate alla lead generation e conversion.Reportistica svolta per identificare best practice o debolezze.Supporto nella gestione del sito per le offerte commerciali.qualificheIl candidato ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:Laurea in discipline economiche, marketing o ingegneria.Padronanza del pacchetto office, in particolare di PowerPoint e Excel.Esperienza di almeno un anno come business analyst o similare.Proattività nella ottimizzazione di progetti e proposte di soluzioni operative.Responsabilità nell'esecuzione di compiti autonomi e nello sviluppo di progetti.Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.La ricerca è rivolta ai candidati ambosessi (L.******).Ti preghiamo di leggere l'informativa sulla privacy Randstad (/) ai sensi dell'art.13 del Regolamento (UE) ******** sulla protezione dei dati (GDPR).livello di studiolaurea triennale o equivalente#J-*****-Ljbffr
