OverviewIndustrial Sales Support Engineer will work with our local sales team, regional sales managers, and customers for successful sales conversion.This also includes the pre-sales activities, where one has to assist in formulating/ reviewing the product specification as per the customer's needs, and accelerate the sales procedure accordingly.SSE has to provide training to customers if necessary, preparing the needed material.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to the sales team during quotation, including review of customer requirementsPrepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirementsConduct product demonstration and technical training for customersCollaborate with the corporate technical team to provide optimal solutions to customersCollaborate with technical engineers to provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfactionContinuously learn and develop knowledge of power systems, staying up-to-date with the company products portfolioWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. sales, engineering, technical) to ensure the success of the businessQualificationsBachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, telecommunications or related fieldMin. 5 years of related working experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of power systems and electrical designFluency in Italian and EnglishStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Visio/CADBusiness travel is mandatory depending on customer requirements ******% of the time)#J-*****-Ljbffr
