Indirect Channel Coordinator (Wholesaler) page is loaded## Indirect Channel Coordinator (Wholesaler)remote type: Hybridlocations: Lainate: Saonaratime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R*****Xylem is a Fortune 500 global water solutions company dedicated to advancing sustainable impact and empowering the people who make water work every day.As a leading water technology company with 23,000 employees operating in over 150 countries, Xylem is at the forefront of addressing the world's most critical water challenges.We invite passionate individuals to join our team, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations through innovative and sustainable solutions.**The role:**For our company, within the Applied Water segment, we are looking for an Indirect Channel Coordinator who will act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders within buying groups, with the objective of driving business growth and strengthening our market presence.The role focuses on developing and managing strategic relationships, identifying commercial opportunities, and supporting revenue growth across the assigned territory or sales channel.The ideal candidate combines a strong sales mindset, solid knowledge of the water industry, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.**Principal Responsibilities:*** Execute company strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving market growth and penetration.* Manage and develop relationships with key (A-level) customers, ensuring high satisfaction and increased presence of Lowara products in approved vendor lists, bids, and tenders.* Identify and develop new business opportunities and sustainable revenue streams, contributing to growth strategies and business plans.* Prepare commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and expand both the customer base and Share of Wallet within existing accounts.* Monitor market and industry trends, reporting insights, opportunities, and areas for improvement.* Prepare regular performance reports, including sales forecasts versus budget, and provide recommendations to management.* Adapt effectively to a dynamic environment, proactively solving problems and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet customer needs.**Requirements:*** In-depth knowledge of market dynamics within the water industry and strong understanding of customer needs.* Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a focus on relevant markets.* Advanced proficiency (C1) in the local language of the assigned geography.* Upper-intermediate to advanced proficiency (B2) in English.* Proven experience in managing complex sales processes and customer relationships.* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.* Strong problem-solving abilities.* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory and occasionally across Europe.* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.* Experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales environments.* Experience in planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and end-to-end project management.**Travel:** up to 75%**Location:** North-Italy**Contract:** Full-time, permanentJoin the global Xylem team to be a part of innovative technology solutions transforming water usage, conservation, and re-use.Our products impact public utilities, industrial sectors, residential areas, and commercial buildings, with a commitment to providing smart metering, network technologies, and advanced analytics for water, electric, and gas utilities.Partner with us in creating a world where water challenges are met with ingenuity and dedication; where we recognize the power of inclusion and belonging in driving innovation and allowing us to compete more effectively around the world.background, skills and interests.#J-*****-Ljbffr
