Who we areBlossom is a strategic consultancy working with brands, companies and international organizations to design communication strategies, campaigns and high-impact transformation projects.We work with multidisciplinary teams on complex projects, across private sector, non-profit, public institutions and global organizations.To strengthen our Sales Team, we are looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist with strong commercial sensitivity and solid experience in proposal writing.What you will doIn this role, you will be an integral part of the Sales Team, reporting directly to the Head of Sales.You will:- Prepare cost estimates and budget proposals, ensuring consistency with scope, deliverables and internal effort.- Analyse tenders, RFPs/RFQs and commercial briefs to identify requirements, evaluation criteria, required documentation and deadlines.- Prepare tenders and commercial proposals for institutional and private prospects, defining structure and table of contents and coordinating internal contributions together with the Head of Sales.- Write and revise technical and commercial offers, including strategic approach, methodology, workplan, team structure, case studies and budget proposals.- Handle formatting and layout of documents (Word/Power Point), ensuring clarity, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.- Manage the operational side of submission and upload of offers (tender portals, certified email, dedicated channels), checking completeness and formal compliance of all documentation.- Maintain and update an internal content library (standard texts, case studies, CVs, recurring sections), tracking tenders, proposals and outcomes to support analysis and continuous improvement.- Leverage AI-powered tools to explore new ways to structure, refine and evolve proposals, templates and knowledge assets.Who you are- You hold a degree in Communication, Marketing or a related field.- You have at least 3 years of experience in a communication agency, in one of the following areas:- Sales / Tendering Team within an agency, with direct involvement in tenders, RFPs, proposals and commercial offers,- or as an Account / Project Manager with commercial responsibility for clients (business development, upselling) and active participation in proposal and budget preparation.- You have hands-on experience in writing proposals, tenders, commercial offers or client presentations.- You have excellent command of Italian and English, with strong writing, editing and synthesis skills in both languages.- You are proficient in Word and Power Point for complex documents and presentations, and in Excel for tables, budgets and timelines.- You are curious, open to innovation and constantly looking for opportunities to improve how proposals are designed and delivered, including through the adoption of new tools and approaches.- You are accurate, organised, detail-oriented and used to working under tight deadlines on multiple projects in parallel.- You enjoy working in a team, collaborating with different functions and managing your own scope of work independently.What we offer- A role within the Sales Team, working closely with strategy and creativity on complex, international projects.- The opportunity to contribute directly to the commercial growth of the agency, with exposure to high-profile prospects and clients.- A work environment that values critical thinking, ownership and continuous improvement of our proposal processes.- On-the-job training on Blossom's methods, the use of AI solutions in day-to-day workflow, tools and approaches to tender and proposal management.Ready to transform challenges into opportunities?Apply sending your CV to
