Description In a world of disruption and increasingly complex business challenges our professionals bring truth into focus with the Kroll Lens.Our sharp analytical skills paired with the latest technology allow us to give our clients clarity not just answers in all areas of business.We embrace diverse backgrounds and global perspectives and we cultivate diversity by respecting, including and valuing one another.As part of One team One Kroll you'll contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment that empowers you to excel.Our Transaction Advisory Services practice provides seamless analytical advisory through the deal continuum from transaction origination to closing.At Kroll your work will help deliver clarity to our clients most complex governance risk and transparency challenges.Apply now to join One team One Kroll.ResponsibilitiesWithin our Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) business Financial Due Diligence (FDD) professionals are responsible for originating and delivering complex buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements managing client relationships and driving business development initiatives.Growing Kroll's core Financial Due Diligence capability in Italy and EuropeIdentifying key opportunities to provide management post transaction assistanceEstablishing marketing plans, targets and acceptable levels of prospect activityDeveloping strategy for building a practice and client baseAssuring sound application of project management principles and quality assurance at all stages and phases of projectsAdvising project managers as necessary on progress, client expectation management and maintaining utilization and realizationCreating sustaining and leveraging board and senior management-level relationships throughout the business communityDelivering presentations to potential clientsManage client relationships; identify and develop opportunities to enhance relationships with existing clients/contacts and new potential businessRecruit, train, develop and evaluate professional and administrative staffIdentify cross-marketing opportunities within and across Kroll practice areasManage teams of all levels of professional staff to ensure effective professional time utilizationDemonstrate support in advancing company and office objectives of profitability, professionalism and teamwork with colleagues and clientsRequirementsBachelor's in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Master's degreeProven experience in Financial Due DiligenceCandidate must have a portable book of businessFinancial due diligence for private equity and strategic buyersDemonstrated record of leadership and effective management in matrixed organizationsDemonstrated interpersonal communication, marketing, sales and organizational skillsDemonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office with focus on Word and ExcelPublic Accounting experience CA or CPA a plusIn order to be considered for a position you must formally apply via .Kroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity and recruits people based on merit.Required ExperienceDirectorKey SkillsBusiness Development, Expense Management, Financial Acumen, Management Experience, Profit & Loss, Acquisitions, Investment Banking, Relationship Management, Social Media Management, Financial Modeling, Customer relationship management, Leadership ExperienceEmployment TypeFull-TimeExperienceyearsVacancy1#J-*****-Ljbffr
