Position Overview The Country Manager Italy will be directly responsible for all commercially related activities within the Italian market: strategy development and tactical execution, personnel management and close communication and cooperation with Manager and inter-departmental stakeholders.This position will report to the Senior Director Region Europe Direct.The ideal candidate will have 15 years of oncology-related commercial and market access experience in commercializing oncology pharma products and/or molecular diagnostics/IVD in Italy and/or global positions combined with a proven direct involvement and track record in driving performance and deliver results in a timely and efficient manner.Experience as Business Unit Head, Country Manager preferred.This role is based in Milano, Italy.Essential Duties Include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide effective leadership and strategic direction for the region in advancing our corporate presence and widening the market for Exact Sciences portfolio.This role will be responsible for all commercialization activities.Consistent demonstration of exceptional leadership qualities, including but not limited to the ability to attract and retain the best team, foster a culture of high performance, lead with integrity, humility, accountability, and courage, and set a clear vision to energize teams towards the future.Effectively manage, support, and guide your team, including, but not limited to delegating tasks and responsibilities, assessing employee performance and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities.Develop and execute on country-specific strategic and tactical plans, prioritizing resources to maximize growth.Own full country P
