At EY, we're all in to shape your future with confidence.We'll help you succeed in a globally connected powerhouse of diverse teams and take your career wherever you want it to go.Join EY and help to build a better working world.The opportunity At EY-Parthenon, our unique combination of transformative strategy, transactions, tax and corporate finance delivers real-world value – solutions that work in practice, not just on paper.Benefiting from EY's full spectrum of services, we've reimagined strategic consulting to work in a world of increasing complexity.With deep functional and sector expertise, paired with innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way.Your key responsibilities Lead and deliver complex operational due diligence engagements, with a specific focus on carve-out implications, synergy assessments (cost, revenue, capex), and identification of operational risks and one-off/emerging costs.Drive post-deal integration projects , supporting clients in the execution of value creation initiatives and realization of synergies.Design and manage Integration Management Offices (IMO), including governance structures, workstream coordination, and KPI tracking.Provide strategic support in defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM), integrating operational and organizational models.Oversee the planning and execution of Day-1 readiness activities to ensure business continuity between signing and closing.Support the development and negotiation of Transition Service Agreements (TSA), ensuring effective delivery and monitoring post-closing.Design and implement detailed 100-day plans to guide integration efforts and accelerate value realization.Prepare and deliver management reporting tools to monitor business and operational KPIs throughout the transaction lifecycle.Lead change management and internal communication initiatives to foster alignment and engagement across the organization.Skills and attributes for success Proven experience (7+ years) in M&A/transactions execution and transformation (consulting or corporate roles) with a strong exposure to post-merger integration, due diligence and synergy management.Deep understanding of operational due diligence, synergy analysis, integration planning, and execution.Strong project and program management skills , including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under tight timelines.Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities , with the ability to consult and solution-oriented approach.Solid analytical and problem-solving mindset , with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.Effective communicator , both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences.Demonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop junior team members.Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.Availability to travel , depending on client and project needs.What we offer you We will fuel your ambition and potential with future-focused skills development that equips you with state-of-the-art methodologies and technology-enabled solutions.With more than 25,000 people in 150 countries, you will join an inclusive and empowering culture that values your uniqueness, prioritizes your wellbeing, and immerses you in the diverse thinking and cross-cultural experiences necessary to help deliver impact to clients across the globe and to help build a better working world.Learn more about careers at EY-Parthenon.Are you ready to shape your future with confidence?Apply today.To help create the best experience during the recruitment process, please describe any disability-related adjustments or accommodations you may need.#J-*****-Ljbffr
