Marketing Manager

Operating at a strategic EMEA regional level within the Customer Marketing function, this role reports directly to the Head of Customer Marketing.It plays a pivotal role in leading EMEA-led vertical campaigns that align with RS Group's strategic priorities and deliver measurable impact across multiple markets.These campaigns should drive growth in priority sectors and personas, supported by consistent frameworks and data-driven decision-making.Location Corby, Manchester, Milan or Frankfurt.As a senior member of the team, you will lead a small but growing team of two direct reports, providing coaching, mentorship, and strategic guidance to foster a high-performing, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.You will be instrumental in developing their capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving continuous improvement across campaign delivery.What you will be doingLead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, regionally led marketing programmes—from data analysis and shaping strategic briefs that address customer pain points to overseeing full execution.Partner with subject matter experts and strategic teams—including ESG, brand, and supplier marketing—to uncover key insights that strengthen RS's proposition and drive strategic narratives with strong commercial impact across diverse markets.Act as a central connector between regional and local teams, ensuring market nuances, priorities, and customer needs are embedded into campaign planning and execution.Lead the messaging and creative development process, ensuring briefs are clear, compelling, and actionable for the internal studio.Facilitate ideation sessions that bring together creative, commercial, and local expertise to co-create impactful campaigns.Develop and present comprehensive vertical packs that articulate campaign strategy, creative direction, and execution plans to senior stakeholders across the business.Guide the development of campaign assets and content, leveraging your deep understanding of channel best practices to maximise customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.Provide senior stakeholders with actionable insights by reviewing and presenting campaign performance, illustrating how data-driven optimisations enhance impact and demonstrating the strategic role of EMEA-led initiatives in driving sustainable growth and operational excellence.Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and performance management for two direct reports.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.What do I need to be successful?Experience in regional marketing, driving cross-functional initiatives and impactful campaigns.Track record of running multi-market campaigns, with focus on industries or customer personas.Broad marketing background across various channels and industries.B2B industrial experience preferred, but not essential.Strong copywriting skills.Commercially astute.Project management experience.Good communication and organisation skills.Energetic and enthusiastic about what we do.Curious for "what's next" and "how do we improve".Data and insight-driven decision-making experience.Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in one language between French, German, or Italian is highly valued in this role.We are RS Group At RS we've been solving engineering problems for over 80 years: big ones, small ones, easy and difficult ones.We turn the "what ifs" into the "why nots", the impossible into the possible.Our purpose?Making amazing happen for a better world.We offer service and product solutions.We send out a parcel every 2 seconds, to over 130 countries.We provide over 700,000 in-stock and over 3 million unstocked products to more than 1.2 million customers.We want people like you, who are curious about things, who like doing things differently and also in a human way with empathy.Because that's exactly how we partner with people – our customers, suppliers, colleagues and communities – to solve problems.We'll also invest in your development and wellbeing – because building a more diverse and inclusive culture, being ethical, responsible and committed to our Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) action plan is at the heart of everything we do.Come and join us and we'll help you to think big, do more and unleash your brilliance, so you do amazing things too.Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Marketing and Sales Industries Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing #J-*****-Ljbffr
