Business Development Manager - Air and Sea FreightRole:The resource will be responsible for developing new commercial opportunities in theinternational sea and air freight sector, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio and the consolidation of the company's presence in the national and international market.Main Responsibilities:Develop and manage new B2B commercial relationships with import/export clients.Promote sea and air freight services, in synergy with the operational and pricing teams.Analyze clients' logistical needs and propose customized solutions.Monitor the market, competition, and trends in international traffic flows.Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and contract closing.Ensure the achievement of agreed revenue and margin targets.Collaborate with branches and overseas partners to develop new routes and business opportunities.Requirements:Minimum 3–5 years of sales experiencein freight forwarding or international shipping companies.In-depth knowledgeof major sea and air routes and international transport dynamics.Ability to read and negotiate rateswith airlines, shipowners, and overseas agents.Strong aptitude forbusiness developmentand building long-term relationships.Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Fluent English (mandatory); additional language is a plus.Proficiency inIT tools and commercial CRM systems.EducationHigh school diploma or Bachelor's degreeCompensation structure:Fixed salary + performance-based variable pay + benefits(company car, laptop, etc.).Desired Soft SkillsEntrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach.Ability to work independently with a strong team spirit.Consultative and customer-focused approach.Flexibility, energy, and strategic market vision.Sales Manager – Italy & Europe | Consumer Goods IndustryGrafton is partnering with a fast-growing company in theConsumer Goodssector to recruit aSales ManagerforItalyandEurope.The company is bothmanufacturer and licenseeof its product range, distributed acrossfour main channels:Distributors, Wholesalers, Retailers,andE-commerce (includingAmazon).Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a team of internal sales professionals focused on Italy and EU markets, as well as a network of field agents.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive and coordinate internal and external sales teams to achieve revenue targets.Analyze sales data and KPIs to optimize performance and identify new business opportunities.Develop commercial strategies for Distributors, Vending, Wholesalers, Retailers, E-commerce, and Traditional Trade.Support market expansion with different strategiest and new channels.Collaborate with the CEO to define growth plans and internationalization strategies.RequirementsProven experience in Sales Management within B2B environments.Fluent in Italiano and in English.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.Leadership and ability to motivate internal and external teams.Availability to workon-site in Pomezia(no remote work).Limited travel required.What We OfferCompetitive salary package based on experience.Company car.Performance-based bonus plan.Continuous training and development.Dynamic and growing work environment.#J-*****-Ljbffr
