Position descriptionDepartment: SalesReports To: Head of Sales (Retail)Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-TimeYou will join a fast-growing retail innovation technology company transforming in-store operations through automation, digitalization, and intelligent systems.Our Solutions Portfolio IncludesAI-Enabled Cash Management Systems—enhancing security, efficiency, and visibility in cash operations.Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL)—delivering real-time pricing accuracy and operational agility.Digital Signage Solutions—creating engaging in-store communication and customer experiences.We partner with leading retailers and brands to modernise store operations and drive measurable business performance.Role PurposeThe Sales Support Executive provides critical commercial, administrative, and operational support to the sales team while also contributing to lead generation and customer outreach.This hybrid role combines strong coordination skills with proactive engagement—including cold calling and prospect follow-up—to help grow our sales pipeline and ensure smooth customer journeys.You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure opportunities are captured, documented, and delivered efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & AdministrationPrepare proposals, quotations, and tender submissions for AI Cash Management, ESL, and Digital Signage solutions.Maintain CRM data accuracy across leads, opportunities, and client accounts.Support the scheduling of demos, product presentations, and client meetings.Track order fulfilment and installation progress in coordination with logistics and technical teams.Assist with internal documentation, pricing updates, and partner correspondence.Lead Generation & Cold CallingConduct cold calls and outbound outreach to potential clients across the retail sector to identify new business opportunities.Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings or product demos for the sales team.Follow up ???.This is a truncated representation due to conversation length.Please refer to the original specification for complete content.J-*****-Ljbffr#J-*****-Ljbffr
