Stiamo cercando per la stagione estiva **** Pastry Chef da inserire nelle nostre strutture di Sciaccamare (Torre del Barone Resort & Spa , Mclub Alicudi, Mclub Lipari, Mclub Cala Regina).La risorsa ideale è responsabile della preparazione e presentazione di dolci e prodotti da forno, garantendo qualità, gusto e creatività.Supervisiona il team di pasticceria, gestisce le materie prime e assicura ordine, pulizia e rispetto delle norme igienico-sanitarie.Responsabilità:• Ideare e realizzare dolci, pasticceria e prodotti da forno secondo standard di qualità e presentazione• Coordinare, formare e supervisionare il personale di pasticceria.• Gestire scorte, ordini e utilizzo efficiente degli ingredienti.• Monitorare gusto, aspetto e coerenza dei prodotti.• Mantenere ordine nelle aree di lavoro e rispettare le norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP).• Coordinarsi con gli altri reparti per garantire tempi di servizio e coerenza dell'offerta culinaria.Requisiti:• Esperienza consolidata in pasticceria professionale.• Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria, cioccolateria e decorazione.• Conoscenza delle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP).• Predisposizione a lavorare in team• Precisione e organizzazione nel lavoro quotidiano.Cosa si offre:• Contratto a tempo determinato stagionale• Possibilità di alloggio• Vitto garantito (1€ al giorno)• Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'azienda• Ambiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativo• Formazione continua e possibilità di partecipare a corsi di aggiornamento
