Descrizione del ruoloCerchiamo un sales manager / business development per il nostro team con sede di lavoro a Palermo. In questo ruolo a tempo pieno, il candidato sarà responsabile dello sviluppo e della gestione delle strategie commerciali, dell'identificazione di nuove opportunità di business e del consolidamento delle relazioni con i clienti esistenti. II lavoro prevede l'analisi del mercato, lo sviluppo di piani di vendita e il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali, insieme al monitoraggio delle prestazioni e alla generazione di report. Sarai una figura di riferimento essenziale per favorire la crescita aziendale e espandere la nostra presenza nel mercato.Qualifiche• Competenze in sviluppo commerciale e gestione del business per identificare e coltivare nuove opportunità sul mercato.• Abilità dimostrate in negoziazione, gestione delle vendite e definizione di strategie commerciali per garantire il raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali.• Esperienza nell'analisi del mercato e nel posizionamento strategico dei prodotti o servizi.• Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, leadership e team management per ispirare e coordinare il team di vendita.Conoscenze nei principali strumenti di analisi dei dati e gestione CRM, con un focus sull'ottimizzazione delprocesso di vendita.Rapporto
