From now on, we will continuously expand these partnerships and success as a supplier of individually developed and produced packaging to meet customer needs in Europe.our home page (www.jyxpackaging.com)About the RoleWe are looking for 1 highly proactive sales colleague for Paper Packaging (B2B) in Italy.ResponsibilitiesStrengthening and improving the company's market position by acquiring, maintaining and developing new customers to grow and achieve sales targets.Build strong and effective business relations with the customer base.Managing sales and supporting processes to ensure company profitability.Working cross-functionally with the team in Europe and with our colleagues in China.Reporting sales activities weekly and monthly.Business travel to customer and to our market related fairs or eventsQualificationsMinimum 2 years B2B sales and marketing experience, ideally in the paper packaging industry (customers are from sectors like cosmetics, fragrance, wine & spirits, pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics).Required SkillsDemonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills in the domestic/allocated country and in EnglishSolid computer skills using MS office softwareDriving licenseExcellent presentation, facilitation, and consultation skillsAbility to meet and exceed goals and targetsExcellent customer service skillsExcellent negotiation skillsWe offer youHome-OfficePerformance-related salary (basis + bonus) and a wage rise annually possibleCompany laptop and company mobile phone, as well as all necessary work equipmentExtensive induction and training in Germany / China / FranceExperienced sales colleagues to support you even after the induction periodFlexible working hoursIf you are interested, welcome to send your resume to email: joeyhr@jyxpackaging.comWe look forward to hearing from you
