If you are passionate about this role, we welcome you to join our team and provide exceptional after-sales service experiences to our customers.Responsibilities:Expand the Italian Market and Build Client BaseIdentify potential customers and formulate effective market expansion strategies to drive the growth of energy storage and microgrid businesses in Italy.Build and maintain a robust client network, fostering long-term business relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.Tender Participation and Contract NegotiationActively participate in local tender processes, ensuring contracts align with market realities while balancing immediate business objectives with long-term growth potential.Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.Monitor Policies and Market TrendsStay informed about the latest energy storage policies, market trends, and regulatory changes in Italy.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business decisions and identify new opportunities.Enhance Market VisibilityLead market promotion efforts to elevate the awareness and positioning of energy storage products in Italy.Explore and identify niche market opportunities, crafting tailored strategies to establish a competitive edge.Risk Identification and ManagementProactively identify risks in business operations and partnerships, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.Implement measures to mitigate potential risks, safeguarding the sustainability of business initiatives.Qualifications:Educational BackgroundBachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Management, Marketing, or a related field.Working ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or market expansion within the energy, renewable energy, or energy storage industry.Familiarity with the UK's energy storage and microgrid market dynamics is essential.Required Skills:Comprehensive understanding of Italian energy storage policies, market regulations, and microgrid solutions.Demonstrated ability to navigate project decision-making chains and build strong relationships with key clients.Strong analytical skills, market insight, and the ability to develop and execute efficient business strategies.Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.Preferred Skills:Fluency in English and Italian with a deep understanding of the Italian market and culture.A high level of integrity, professionalism, and responsibility, with the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic business environment.Pay range and compensation package: If this sounds like your next challenge, send us your application to sinexcel.de@sinexcel.com indicating the position you are applying for as well your earliest starting date in the subject field.Equal Opportunity Statement: Sinexcel is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
