Challenging, Talent & Recruiting Consulting Company, ricerca per azienda cliente nel settoreCyber Security un/a Costum Delivery Manager con solida esperienza in cyber security e project management, il cui obiettivo principale sarà garantire il successo del cliente lungo l'intero ciclo di delivery dei servizi.La figura sarà il punto di riferimento del cliente, assicurando qualità, continuità del servizio e lo sviluppo di una relazione di fiducia nel tempo, svolgendo attività sia di coordinamento sia operative direttamente a contatto con il cliente.Responsabilità principaliGestire il rapporto con i clienti, fungendo da referente principale per la delivery dei servizi;Operare direttamente presso il cliente, partecipando a incontri, workshop e attività operative legate all'erogazione dei servizi;Coordinare e supervisionare l'erogazione di progetti e servizi in ambito cyber security;Comprendere le esigenze del cliente e tradurle in piani operativi concreti;Monitorare KPI, SLA e livelli di soddisfazione del cliente;Collaborare con i team tecnici e di project management per garantire il rispetto di tempi, costi e qualità;Supportare il cliente nella fase di adozione delle soluzioni e nella gestione del cambiamento;Gestire eventuali criticità e rischi progettuali, proponendo soluzioni efficaci;Contribuire attivamente allo sviluppo e al consolidamento della relazione con il cliente nel medio-lungo periodo.RequisitiLaurea (preferibilmente in ambito tecnico, ingegneristico o informatico)Esperienza di almeno 5–8 anni in ruoli di Customer Success, Delivery o Project ManagementConoscenza dei principali concetti e servizi di cyber securitySolide competenze di project managementOttime capacità relazionali, comunicative e di negoziazioneAttitudine alla gestione del cliente e forte orientamento ai risultatiBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlataDisponibilità a svolgere attività operative presso i clienti e a trasferte in Italia e all'esteroCostituiscono un plusCertificazioni in ambito Project Management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, ecc.)Certificazioni o esperienza specifica in cyber securitySede: Roma (on site)Contratto: Tempo indeterminatoRal 40-70k in base all'effettiva seniorityIl presente annuncio è rivolto a candidati di entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77 e L. 125/91).
