Role Purpose

Support the Data Management in maintaining and updating product and engineering data, contributing to vehicle development activities and learning automotive data management processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support automotive product and engineering data management through PLM platforms such as ENOVIA, Teamcenter, and Windchill, integrated with CAD systems including CATIA, Creo, and NX, utilizing tool such as CODEP, Citrix, EBOM, and Matrix to support product development and configuration management.
  • Assist in data release activities, helping ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Create, maintain, and manage Part Numbers (PNs) and associated product information throughout the development lifecycle
  • Assist in vehicle configuration activities, helping ensure the correct definition and consistency of configuration data.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Support data traceability and alignment across different systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in addressing data-related issues and supporting the timely release of product information.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management and release processes within the automotive development environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (mechanical or information technology or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Interest in automotive products, engineering processes, and data management.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
