* Independently manage a service station and provide personalised attention to our guests throughout their restaurant experience
* Provide professional and personalised advice on our menus, dishes and beverages
* Ensure attentive and professional Fine Dining service
* Serve food and beverages professionally in accordance with our quality and service standards
* Prepare and oversee your own station and ensure a perfect mise en place
* Anticipate and fulfil individual guest wishes and contribute to special occasions and culinary experiences
* Guide and support the Commis de Rang within your station
* Coordinate with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth service operations
* Handle high-quality products, materials and equipment responsibly
* Comply with our hygiene, quality and safety standards
* Work closely with the Maître, Assistant Maître / Sommelier and the entire restaurant team
Your Profile
* Several years of experience as Chef de Rang or in a comparable position within upscale hospitality or gastronomy
* Passionate host personality with a genuine enjoyment of direct guest interaction
* Very good knowledge of À-la-carte and Gourmet service
* In-depth knowledge of food and beverages, ideally including wine service
* Strong quality awareness and attention to detail
* Independent, structured and reliable working style
* Well-groomed appearance, positive attitude and professional communication skills
* Team spirit, flexibility and enthusiasm for working in an international environment
* Very good command of English; German or Italian is an advantage
