Overview

In this Lead, Trial Delivery Management role, you drive end-to-end trial delivery across multiple countries, coordinating feasibility, risk reviews, vendor management, and trial-level operations. You will align regional delivery with program goals, mentor teammates, and support inspections, shaping how trials translate into clinical impact. This position sits at the intersection of R&D operations and Innovative Medicine, offering global scope and meaningful patient outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams to optimize study execution and risk mitigation.

Responsabilità
  • Create and update critical trial documents (e.g., monitoring guidelines, ICF, IMP-related docs).
  • Manage setup and ongoing oversight of trial vendors, including SOWs and budgets.
  • Coordinate country/regional trial activities and align feasibility strategies with local teams.
  • Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D/Medical Writing.
  • Input into trial-level operational strategies and mitigation of trial risks.
  • Participate in process improvements at trial, compound, and cross-DU levels.
  • Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning at the program level.
  • Mentor and onboard new Trial Management team members.
Requisiti fondamentali
  • BS degree or equivalent; Life Sciences fields preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of clinical trial experience in pharma/healthcare or related industries.
  • Experience across multiple trial phases (I-IV) and ability to manage multiple aspects of trial execution.
  • 2-3 years’ experience supporting global clinical trials.
  • Strong leadership and ability to work in multi-functional, matrixed, global environments.
  • Excellent decision-making, analytical, and financial management skills.
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others.
  • Strong project planning, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Travel up to 15–20% as needed.
