L’area AI, DATA and SPACE della Fondazione LINKS, opera nell’ambito della ricerca applicata nel settore aerospazio, con particolare riferimento allo studio dei segnali delle costellazioni Galileo e Copernicus. Oltre allo studio delle tecnologie core di questi sistemi, i ricercatori sono impegnati nella prototipazione di servizi downstream basati su agenti software intelligenti fondati su moderni algoritmi AI, con l’obiettivo di supportare l’innovazione e la digitalizzazione di prodotti e servizi in svariate aree di impatto (es. sanità, sicurezza, ambiente e gestione delle emergenze, spazio, inclusione sociale, intrattenimento, agri-food).

Si intende inserire in organico un* “Space and AI Researcher” per operare, in affiancamento ai ricercatori dell’area, nel contesto di progetti di ricerca applicata finanziati dall’Unione Europea e nell’ambito di collaborazioni industriali. La risorsa avrà il compito di progettare e sviluppare algoritmi e sistemi per l'elaborazione di segnali per la radionavigazione o dati di osservazione della terra, con specifico focus sui dati e segnali trasmessi dalle costellazioni Galileo e Copernicus. La posizione includerà il progetto e lo sviluppo di algoritmi e la loro validazione in ambiente di laboratorio per mezzo di svariate tecniche compresi i moderni algoritmi di AI. L’attività include inoltre la redazione dei rapporti tecnici necessari alla descrizione dei risultati raggiunti e un percorso di crescita professionale finalizzato a creare una base di conoscenza utile ad innescare percorsi di trasferimento tecnologico e azioni di business development per generare nuove opportunità di innovazione.

Requisiti

La risorsa dovrà essere in possesso di una laurea specialistica in ingegneria, preferibilmente nel campo dell'elettronica e delle telecomunicazioni o in ambito informatico.

conoscenza dei principi di navigazione satellitare e/o dell'osservazione della Terra con particolare riferimento ai sistemi Europei (Galileo e Copernicus); conoscenza associata all'utilizzo di strumenti di laboratorio per misure RF: spectrum analyzer, generatori di segnali, generatori di funzione; proattività e intraprendenza unite all’interesse su temi di innovazione interdisciplinare; orientamento alla collaborazione ed al lavoro in gruppo; predisposizione all’apprendimento continuo di nuove tecnologie; doti analitiche per modellare problemi complessi e predisposizione al problem solving; capacità di composizione scritta e buone doti relazionali per la presentazione dei risultati; comunicazione fluente in lingua inglese a livello scritto e orale

Requisiti tecnici preferenziali:

buona conoscenza tecniche fondamentali di elaborazione dei segnali numerici e trasmissione e ricezione a RF; conoscenza dell'ambiente di simulazione e sviluppo Matlab; conoscenza base del linguaggio Python e dello stack pytorch o tensorflow; conoscenza base di algoritmi di Machine Learning, Deep Learning e Grafi di conoscenza applicati all’NLP e/o alla Computer Vision; conoscenza del JavaScript e di framework come NodeJS, ReactJS e Angular; conoscenza di un linguaggio di programmazione ad oggetti (es. C# o Java); conoscenza base di tecniche di progettazione, sviluppo e testing di sistemi web-oriented

Il possesso di un’esperienza all’estero è considerato un valore aggiunto.

Altre informazioni

Condizioni contrattuali di base :

· contratto di ricerca a tempo determinato, 36 mesi;

· assunzione all’interno del CCNL terziario – full-time;

· quota mensile di 10 giornate lavorative in smartworking;

· erogazione buoni pasto

· inquadramento e retribuzione (RAL) saranno oggetto di valutazione durante l’iter selettivo;

· proposta sistema incentivante secondo policy della Fondazione;

· verranno tenute in considerazione le reali competenze del/della candidat* ed il livello di seniority acquisito
