We are currently seeking an open-minded, dynamic Career Services Mentor to join our team of specialists on a full-time basis for our Rome Business School. The resource will be in charge of job search services and career development for national and/or international students.
This highly humanly rewarding position allows the possibility of career advancement according to effective self-motivation and performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Evaluation and analysis of professional opportunities
• Create networking opportunities to foster new professional relationships between companies and students.
• Maintenance and extension of agreements with entities.
• Contact Headhunters, talent acquisition specialists, recruitment specialist consultants & companies.
• Help students define their career goals and provide opportunities for them to achieve.
• Organization of career events and projects (annual and monthly).
• Training and counselling students in the field of professional career development.
Requisitos
What we would like to see in your CV?
• FT basis, 38hrs per week, availability to work on Saturday (min. 2 per month)
• Preferred background: Bachelor / Laurea Magistrale
• Experience in the areas of HR or business development is a plus
• Italian and English
