Randstad Italia Spa, filiale di San Donato Milanese, cerca per un'importante azienda cliente, che opera nel settore Automotive, un IMPIEGATO CUSTOMER SERVICE . 

Sede di lavoro: San Donato Milanese con possibilità di smart working ; 

Orario di lavoro: 38 h settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì . Si prevede inizialmente un contratto di somministrazione a tempo determinato ,  con possibilità di proroga. 

RAL: 30-35k in base all'esperienza; 

Le attività previste saranno le seguenti: 

- Supporto ai clienti e prospect su prodotti e servizi del brand, dai primi passi sulla pagina Web a tutta la journey del cliente fino al processo di check-out.

- Supporto ai clienti MINI rispondendo a domande sui prodotti e sui servizi digitali attraverso i diversi canali (chat, chiamate e email).

- Supporto ai clienti prospect nel prenotare test drive di prodotti.

- Supporto ai clienti e prospect in tutta la online journey, con l’obiettivo di supportare i lead.
