We are looking for a key contributor to bring into Amplifon Italy Marketing Team a strong and data-driven approach to brand-building.

Brand-building in Amplifon requires not only the ambition to progressively transform the perception of the brand, but first and foremost, a pragmatic capability to design and deliver creative assets to determine a higher activation of the potential customer base through short-term measurable impact to lead generation (i.e.: Calls to Call Center and traffic walk-in into our stores). 

Creativity will be co-designed with Corporate Team and external agencies, with a crucial focus on local relevance and the ambition to be consistent but effective in accordance with main lead generation channels (i.e: national and local TV integrated with multiple digital channels; other off-line channels like direct mailing and in-store materials)

He/she will be responsible to :

Assess and monitor performance of current creative idea(s) and execution across multiple touch-points; Stimulate the conversation with Corporate Marketing team about how to evolve current creative platforms towards higher differentiation/ superior lead generation impact; Be the champion of customer insights that drive activation through a constant update of how current and potential customers feel about the category/ brand and their motivations; Lead the internal and external teams to move end2end, from locally relevant and insights-informed brief to executions that drive growth for the future, without dismissing the learning from the past; Craft and adjust executions with reactivity, looking ahead to what the market might bring in face of companys growth ambition; Orchestrate with consistence the communication strategy and identity across different channels of the marketing mix, influencing performance managers (from traditional to digital media); Be the initiator of creative change, no matter what touchpoint might be.

Who we are looking for :

5 years+ in similar roles within national/ multinational companies with local adv development capabilities and strong focus on video strategy (significant TV/ on-line video investments). Passion about brand-building but also about immediate business impact and results; Vision about market and customer trends perfectly blended with a bias for action and agility to have an impact in the very short term; Solid understanding and experience of brand building foundations and advertising story-telling Credentialing of direct leadership and/or direct involvement in advertising design and development, ideally on Italian high awareness brands (no simple adaptation of international/ globally executed campaigns);  Demonstrated history of adaptability and curiosity towards different industries/ brands; Ability to work and lead directly different stakeholders with effectiveness through clarity of vision, internally at multifunctional level, and externally; Confidence in setting up and reading market research results; Act like an entrepreneur, with clear end in mind and self-starting attitude; Italian Mother-tongue & fluent in English; Degree in Marketing/ Economics/ Management; Previous experience in FMCG/ Telco are a plus. No creative agencies.
