Le tue mansioni includeranno l'ottimizzazione delle prestazioni dei nostri sistemi HR, la raccolta di dati e l'elaborazione di raccomandazioni basate su parametri di performance. Ti verrà anche richiesto di progettare nuovi processi HRIS. Your Role La risorsa Experienced verrà inserita in un team di lavoro e si occuperà di: Supportare nell’ottimizzazione dei sistemi HCM Cloud Cloud (Workday HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Service Now) per raggiungere gli obiettivi di aumento della qualità dei dati, standardizzazione dei processi, e/o implementazione di nuove funzionalità; Indagare e analizzare le richieste di servizio degli utenti e determinare le azioni di risoluzione o escalation necessarie; essere costantemente focalizzato sul risultato, sulla responsabilità individuale e sulla qualità del lavoro; Possedere un forte orientamento al team working, alla collaborazione e al supporto dei colleghi, mantenendo sempre un approccio positivo alle situazioni; comunicare in modo chiaro e strutturato idee e proposte; Essere costantemente aggiornato sui trend di mercato, in ambito Human Resources e HCM Cloud solution.
