Contesto
Il reparto Sterile High Containment Facility si occupa della produzione di farmaci sterili liquidi e liofilizzati in flaconi con applicazione oncologica.
La risorsa sarà inserita all’interno dell’area nel ruolo di Process Expert Intern con l’obiettivo di supportare il team a supervisione delle attività pianificate.
Le attività principali saranno:
supervisionare la documentazione di ciascuna lavorazione, verificandone la correttezza dei dati, la sua compilazione e la conformità finale;
gestire la documentazione a supporto del reparto e necessaria per le produzioni pianificate (revisione e scrittura di procedure operative standard, revisione e scrittura di standard work, etc.);
partecipare proattivamente alle iniziative di miglioramento del processo sia dal punto di vista tecnico che organizzativo (supporto per modifiche di impianto, qualifica di nuovi strumenti, qualifica di single use system, etc.);
collaborare per l’identificazione e la risoluzione dei problemi applicando il processo di problem solving, coinvolgendo le persone della propria area e le funzioni aziendali di riferimento (Root Cause Analysis, etc.);
collaborare nella valutazione dei cicli di servizio degli impianti (CIP-SIP-test tunuta), dei cicli produttivi in corso e delle performance degli impianti;
La risorsa al termine del percorso avrà acquisito le conoscenze di base relativamente ad un impianto produttivo di farmaci sterili clinici, dalla fase di dispensing degli ingredienti alla fase di riempimento finale del prodotto, la capacità di valutare la criticità e l’impatto sulla qualità del prodotto delle varie anomalie di impianto e processo. Conoscerà inoltre le dinamiche e la struttura organizzativa del sito produttivo.
