Atlas Copco Italy is looking for a new employee who will become our Sales Area Manager for the Area of Lombardia and surroundings.
You will be part of the Industrial Cooling staff, taking care of our products and our customers in the assigned territory.

You will deal with a challenging market, guaranteeing the best-in-class service to our customer, giving attention, advice and excellence.
You will be assigned a challenging target to work on… but don’t worry: we will provide you all the tools, trainings, motivation and the support of a team of senior Salesmen, that you will need to accomplish your goals.
We are looking for…

A salesperson, living in Lombardia region, who has developed at least 3 years of experience in an industrial context, preferably in chiller and cooling/process cooling equipment sales (HVAC&R).
As we are a multinational company, English knowledge is mandatory.
How would you understand where to go and on which customers focus in? Obviously with a CRM In Atlas Copco, its name is Cloud for Customer and you should be used to work with a CRM before coming in.

Your main responsibilities will be:

to develop and grow Process Cooling market share in the assigned areato develop relationship with customers, key accounts and dealers and create opportunity with new customers and dealersto be able to demonstrate high integrity with a growth mindsetto develop technical competence to prepare quotes and promote technically our cooling equipment, focusing on their benefitsto be able to use CRM to monitor and follow up projects to keep forecast (monthly and quarterly) & projects reporting updatedto provide sales data, monthly reports, and the recording of visit and action reports (including lost order reports) and analysis of sales performance against budgetsto collaborate with colleagues in the company to coordinate activities to ensure that sales are obtained and total our goals are met.
