Il gruppo Alberghiero di riferimento si compone di 8 strutture ricettive di lusso in Italia e all'estero. Alcune location sono per esempio Londra, Venezia, Firenze e le Maldive. Trattasi di hotel a 5 stelle.
La sede legale si trova a Milano, in zona Brera.
Siamo alla ricerca di alcuni Reservation Agent (M/F) per la gestione dei clienti e delle prenotazioni.
A seconda delle esperienze maturate e delle preferenze individuali si lavorerà come Reservation Agent in ambito customer care oppure con agenzie e Tour Operator.
In entrambi i casi le mansioni sono legate al pre-booking e al post-booking, supportando il cliente dall'inizio alla fine dell'esperienza.
Dopo un mese di formazione iniziale si lavora 5 giorni a settimana su turni tra le 8:00 e le 20:00.
Il/la candidato/a ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:
- 1 anno di esperienza in ambito prenotazioni,
- esperienza maturata anche in contesti alberghieri,
- Inglese a livello C1,
- Capacità di lavoro in team e di problem solving,
- Domicilio limitrofo al luogo di lavoro.
- Saranno considerate un plus la conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera e la conoscenza di Opera e Scrigno.
L'azienda non fornisce alloggio.
Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato con possibilità di rinnovo.
Viene fornito uno stipendio conforme al CCNL Nazionale del Turismo con retribuzione aggiuntiva legata al raggiungimento di obiettivi.
Sono forniti buoni pasto.
