Master Thesis in Integrated Power Solution, System Development and Power Electronics

During this experience, you will be able to:
- Play a key role in shaping a cutting-edge verification tool (I.e. deep learning) while acquiring hands-on experience in the laboratory;
- Collaborate in characterizing GaN, SiC, and Si power solutions and their performance in combination with different driving strategies;
- Work closely with a team of experts with different skill sets such as system engineers, gate driver experts, and technology developers in order to define the basis of the next generation of high-efficiency power modules.
You are best equipped for this task if you:
- Are pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or similar fields;
- Have some knowledge of simulation tools – is a plus;
- Have previous lab experience – is a plus;
- Are proficient in English.
