Thesis topic: “Self-Adjusted Adaptive Dead Time”

You will join a team of experts to write your thesis and improve your knowledge. You will help define a fully integrated solution, able to self-regulate the dead time in a gate driver architecture.

During this experience, you will:
  • Be exposed to the architecture definition, design, and layout of a self-regulating adaptive dead time circuit;
  • Define and design a fully integrated solution in HVIC technology;
  • Collaborate with a team of expert engineers;
  • Be part of a diverse and multinational company;
  • Receive guidance and feedback from your tutor.
You have a proactive and motivated working attitude that allows you to work independently and take initiative. Besides, you are a team player, with good communication skills and eager to improve your knowledge.

You are best equipped for this role if you:
  • Are pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, with a specialization in Microelectronics, or a similar field;
  • Have some experience with microelectronics simulators;
  • Have basic knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design;
  • Have basic knowledge of semiconductor physics;
  • Are proficient in English.
