You will join a team of experts to write your thesis and improve your knowledge. You will help define a fully integrated solution, able to self-regulate the dead time in a gate driver architecture.

During this experience, you will: Be exposed to the architecture definition , design , and layout of a self-regulating adaptive dead time circuit ; Define and design a fully integrated solution in HVIC technology; Collaborate with a team of expert engineers ; Be part of a diverse and multinational company ; Receive guidance and feedback from your tutor. You have a proactive and motivated working attitude that allows you to work independently and take initiative. Besides, you are a team player, with good communication skills and eager to improve your knowledge.

You are best equipped for this role if you:
Are pursuing a Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering , with a specialization in Microelectronics , or a similar field; Have some experience with microelectronics simulators ; Have basic knowledge of microelectronics and circuit design ; Have basic knowledge of semiconductor physics ; Are proficient in English .
