Scopo del Ruolo

Questa posizione consiste nel ricercare prospect strategici e sviluppare ulteriormente i clienti esistenti, rispondendo alle loro esigenze di business e alla domanda di servizi digitali. 
All'interno del team, il Corporate Sales Account Manager guiderà le opportunità, sfruttando l'intera gamma di servizi e soluzioni Vodafone, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi individuali e di team. La forte collaborazione interna e l'approccio consulenziale e centrato sul cliente massimizzeranno i risultati.

Il Corporate Sales Account Manager guiderà attivamente lo sviluppo commerciale e garantirà l'efficacia dei servizi e delle soluzioni Vodafone. Sarà in grado di anticipare le tendenze del mercato, per cogliere tempestivamente nuove opportunità.

Responsabilità chiave

• Mantenere i clienti esistenti e svilupparne di nuovi;
• Proporre l'intera gamma di prodotti e servizi Vodafone e garantirne la personalizzazione sulle esigenze del cliente, al fine di raggiungerne la piena soddisfazione;
• Contribuire attivamente all'ulteriore sviluppo delle pratiche di vendita e dell'efficienza dei processi, condividendo best practices;
• Monitorare la soddisfazione dei clienti e le tendenze del mercato per cogliere nuove opportunità;
• Sviluppare strategie commerciali strutturate.

Competenze, conoscenze ed esperienze fondamentali

• Minimo 1-3 anni di esperienza di vendita in organizzazioni internazionali e altamente complesse, preferibilmente nel mercato Enterprise; 
• Madrelingua italiana, conoscenza dell'inglese;
• Esperienza di vendita con un focus sulla proposizione di servizi, preferibilmente di soluzioni IT/ICT (Cloud & Hosting, Security, IoT);
• La conoscenza di specifici mercati verticali è un plus: Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation and Logistic

Qualifiche tecniche/professionali

• Esperienza nella gestione diretta dei clienti enterprise;
• Forte acume commerciale;
• Ottime capacità relazionali e di negoziazione;
• Forte proattività;
• Forte attitudine al problem solving;
• Forte attitudine al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
