Il nostro cliente è un'importante azienda di Engineering appartenente a un prestigioso gruppo multinazionale italiano, il quale vuole sviluppare il mercato dell’Energy Transition aumentando significativamente volumi e nuovi clienti. Per questo prestigioso progetto di crescita stiamo cercando un/una:
Head of Sales
Riportando al Direttore Commerciale, dovrà gestire le attività commerciali in linea con il nuovo business plan strategico e con focus nell’energy transition e nei servizi tecnici, nello specifico impianti ad idrogeno, cattura, compressione e stoccaggio CO2 e biocombustibili, per il mercato italiano ed internazionale.
Responsabilità:
·Sviluppare le strategie commerciali per il lancio e la crescita del business in linea con le linee di indirizzo definite dal direttore commerciale e dell’amministratore delegato
·Identificare e valutare opportunità di mercato nel settore della transizione energetica
·Sviluppare relazioni strategiche con clienti chiave, stakeholder e partner nel settore
·Assicurare il raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita e fatturato
·Monitorare le tendenze di mercato e la concorrenza, adattando le strategie di vendita di conseguenza
·Laurea in ambito ingegneristico
·Esperienza pregressa in un ruolo commerciale di responsabilità nel settore dell’impiantistica, preferibilmente nell’ambito della transizione energetica
·Eccellenti doti relazionali e comunicative, con un forte orientamento al cliente
·Capacità di analisi del mercato e formulazione di strategie di business
·Fluente in italiano e inglese
