Our client is a foreign company operating in the Insurtech business who offers protection by combining cybersecurity services with insurance coverage. They are looking to expand their business in Italy and are searching for their Italian Head of Sales.


Place of work: Milan (MI)


Il tuo nuovo ruolo

The person we are looking for will lead the commercial development of the company in Italy, develop and implement the sales strategy in line with the company growth objectives, and define the OKRs with the CODIR. They will follow and analyze the commercial performances to ensure the objectives are met and contribute to the go-to-market strategy and the development of new products/services in Italy.

Moreover, the person will be responsible for securing partnerships with top brokers in cyber insurance in Italy, as well as defining and implementing a business development strategy and optimizing efficient and scalable sales processes.


Di cosa hai bisogno per avere successo

  1. Graduate from a top-tier school or university;
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in an insurance brokerage firm/insurance company in a sales position;
  3. Fluency in English and Italian;
  4. The knowledge of French will be considered a plus;
  5. Previous experience in cyber is appreciated;
  6. Willingness to travel frequently for business.

The candidate will be offered a permanent contract and will have the possibility to become a shareholder in the company.
