About San Domenico Palace Taormina, a Four Seasons Hotel
One of the world’s most legendary hotels, San Domenico Palace invites you to embark on an epic journey into history. With origins dating back to 1374, this classic Dominican convent was expanded in 1896 to become a hotel, featuring a new building designed in liberty style. For more than a century, the San Domenico Palace has welcomed the world’s most illustrious guests. Now, as Four Seasons, this iconic hotel has begun a new era, delivering the highest standards of personalized service to its guests while offering extraordinary professional experiences to its talented team members.
About the role:
Support the Events team in the tasks performed by the Department.
What will you do:
Collaborate with the appropriate Department in respect of rooming list, special arrangements, any F&B requirements, transfer and transport, account and billing instructions related to groups, events and transient bookings.
Assist the Managers in the daily communication with agencies and clients and preparation of proposals and contracts.
Verify prior to arrival that all involved departments have the most updated information in regards to group, event and VIP clients and prepare the related documents (e.g., Banqueting orders, Group Resumé, menus, internal memo, etc.)
What you bring:
Luxury hotel Sales & Event experience preferred (minimum two years).
Excellent Italian and English communications skills (verbal and written).
Positive attitude and effective interpersonal skills, time management and organization abilities.

Schedule & Hours:
This is a full-time position
The candidate must have a flexible schedule and work also on weekends and holidays.
This position is based at the San Domenico Palace in Taormina and the contract is seasonal. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
