Starfinder, agenzia di selezione del personale dedicata esclusivamente al settore ICT, ricerca un IT Manager per importante azienda operante nel settore dei trasporti con sede a Napoli.
La risorsa si occuperà del dipartimento IT dell'azienda (non avrà comunque risorse da coordinare) e sarà referente dei prodotti informatici e telematici, responsabile della supervisione dell'infrastruttura IT, oltre che responsabile della gestione, manutenzione ed esercizio dei sistemi informativi.

Nello specifico la risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
  • Gestione e ottimizzazione dei sistemi ERP per garantire un'efficace operatività aziendale, supporto al Retail ed all’ecommerce
  • Amministrazione e manutenzione di piattaforma cloud (Google Workspace) per la collaborazione e la produttività aziendale
  • Implementazione e gestione di soluzioni di sicurezza informatica, inclusi sistemi antivirus e di rilevamento/risposta agli endpoint (EDR) centralizzati
  • Configurazione e monitoraggio di soluzioni firewall per garantire la sicurezza perimetrale della rete aziendale.
  • Gestione dell'infrastruttura di rete delle varie sedi aziendali
  • Supervisione dell'installazione e manutenzione degli impianti di videosorveglianza (CCTV) per garantire la sicurezza fisica delle sedi aziendali
  • Gestione di dispositivi mobili aziendali e client Windows, assicurando la loro efficienza e sicurezza


RequisitiIl candidato ideale ha almeno 5 anni di esperienza in ruolo analogo ed è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti:
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica o similare
  • Esperienza comprovata nella gestione e implementazione di sistemi ERP
  • Conoscenza approfondita di Google Workspace
  • Competenze avanzate nella sicurezza informatica, con particolare focus su soluzioni antivirus e EDR
  • Esperienza nella configurazione e gestione di firewall e reti
  • Familiarità con sistemi di videosorveglianza (CCTV) e gestione di dispositivi di rete
  • Capacità di gestire e supportare dispositivi mobili e client Windows in un contesto aziendale
  • Ottime capacità di problem-solving e attitudine al lavoro in team
  • Buone doti comunicative e capacità di interfacciarsi con diversi stakeholder aziendali
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese scritto e parlato per un efficiente comunicazione con colleghi e partner internazionali
