n.1  On field service specialist

 

Inserito nel dipartimento IT, risponde all'IT regional manager e con il supporto di una risorsa più junior, fornisce assistenza di 2° livello al personale di sede, ai business partners e allo staff degli hotels.

In base alle necessità supporta il Dipartimento Help Desk anche per l'assistenza di 1° livello. Ha in charge il coordinamento di tutte le attività propedeutiche all'apertura di un nuovo hotel.

 

Attività

• Partecipazione a sopralluoghi e a riunioni in cantiere pre-opening.

• Interfaccia costante e attiva con follow up precisi relativi alla propria attività, con tutti i dipartimenti coinvolti (Dipartimento Operations, Dipartimento Tecnico e Dipartimento Amministrazione).

• Programmazione e gestione delle installazioni HW/SW, in Hotel e in HQ.

• Si occupa attivamente della gestione delle manutenzioni contrattuali e puntuali relative a: - TV, Smart TV e centrali TV; - Serrature; - TVCC; - Wi-Fi; - Kiosk; - Casse; - UPS; - Apparati di rete; - PC e Notebook.

• Implementa la gestione della documentazione-contrattualistica e con riferimento al proprio dominio di competenza.

• È disponibile per trasferte, anche di più giorni, soprattutto per le attività di installazione HW/SW relative alle New Opening in Italia e all’Estero

• È attivo e ingaggiato relativamente a progetti intradipartimento, che coinvolgono il proprio dominio di competenza.

• Ha una pianificazione mensile consultabile delle sue attività nel rispetto delle scadenze affidate.

• Risolve i problemi e le domande dei clienti interni ed esterni in modo accurato e tempestivo.

• Garantisce reperibilità, anche fuori dagli orari di ufficio, per la gestione di emergenze / problemi bloccanti o attività di manutenzione straordinaria degli Hotel dell’HQ

Istruzione e formazione

• Diploma/Laurea indirizzo informatico

Inquadramento:

Contratto a tempo determinato di 1 anno finalizzato alla stabilizzazione a tempo indeterminato
