As part of our growth efforts in Italy, we are looking for a Operations Manager (m/f/d) who shares our passion for healthcare, especially ophthalmology, and wants to become an entrepreneur. Your mission

  • Responsibility for the efficient and smooth running of a clinic and practice facility in Italy
  • Regularly coordinate with senior physicians to develop strategies to achieve our growth targets
  • Ensure outstanding care quality and a positive patient experience through continuous process optimization and quality management measures
  • Regularly produce comprehensive reports on site performance metrics, progress and challenges and communicate effectively with the Head of Operations Italy 
  • Identify and leverage business growth opportunities, including new facility development and acquisition support
  • Establishing innovative treatment methods to position Sanoptis as a pioneer in ophthalmology in Italy
  • Ability to relate and establish economic negotiations with supplier companies

Your profile

  • Completed studies in healthcare management, business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in a management position in the healthcare sector, ideally in the field of ophthalmology and clinic management or operations management 
  • Profound knowledge of quality management and process optimization
  • Ability to deal with challenges in a dynamic and fast-growing environment coupled with a strong economic mindset
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Business fluent in Italian and English
  • Willingness to travel within Italy
  • Reliable, diligent and accurate way of working, ability to work under pressure in stressful situations
