In qualità di HR Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Intern entrerai a far parte del team People&Culture, nella divisione Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. Avrai l'opportunità di apprendere le attività di ricerca e selezione del personale e di supportare le diverse iniziative legate all'employer branding. Nello specifico:


Pubblicare annunci, fare screening dei profili e presentazione i candidati alla linea Guidare i People Manager nell'impostazione del processo di selezione offrendo supporto sulla base delle ricerche di mercato Collaborare con il team di Compensation & Benefit nell'elaborazione degli hiring range
Attivare i canali di sourcing più adatti per i diversi ruoli oggetto di ricerca
Essere parte attiva nella proposta e nell'elaborazione di attività di Employer Branding Contribuire attivamente al miglioramento dei processi del Team Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

Requisiti

Must Have:


Laurea in discipline umanistiche o Master in ambito HR Chiarezza espositiva e attenzione al dettaglio Conoscenza di Excel

Nice To Have:


Familiarità nelle attività di analisi e nell’interpretazione dei dati Conoscenza dell'ATS InRecruiting Conoscenza del gestionale HR Workday Conoscenza della lingua inglese
