In ottica di crescita epotenziamento della Divisione Ufficio Tecnico del nostro HQ in Roma, siamo allaricerca di un Maintenance Manager.

La risorsa inserita, riportando direttamente allaDirezione Tecnica, avrà la responsabilità di coordinare gli interventimanutentivi da effettuare in sicurezza e nel rispetto delle norme e proceduretecniche. In accordo con l’area acquisti e gare, ricerca e seleziona i fornitoridi attrezzature/impianti e servizi di manutenzione sulla base di critericondivisi (costi, tempi, affidabilità, prodotti e servizi offerti) e di unaricerca comparativa per verificare il rispetto degli standard qualitativiattesi.

Nello specifico, si occuperà di:

-       Supportare, in collaborazione con la Direzione Aziendale, ladefinizione del Budget del fabbisogno tecnico ed economico indicando gliinterventi migliorativi, sostitutivi e di manutenzione straordinaria epreventiva ritenuti necessari;

-       Valutare i bisogni aziendali di beni e servizi definendoquantità, qualità, tempi e caratteristiche tecniche in collaborazione con iresponsabili delle altre aree aziendali coinvolte;

-       Programmare e organizzare gli interventi di manutenzioneaccidentale/predittiva/programmata in funzione della pianificazione di massimadefinita;

-       Supervisionare la corretta gestione dei Ticket, monitorandoil corretto inserimento a sistema gestionale, coordinando le attivitàmanutentive svolte dalle ditte esterne, assicurando lo svolgimento nel rispettodelle norme HSE e monitorando gli SLA e quindi la corretta chiusura degliinterventi/consuntivazione prestazioni tramite caricamento a sistema gestionaledei dati;

-       Pianificare frequenti attività di sopralluogo nei PuntiVendita e nelle aree Logistiche e interloquire con il Direttore PV o ilResponsabile Logistica per verificare e garantire lo stato manutentivo e ilcorretto funzionamento dei sistemi e delle attrezzature presenti;

-       Affiancare il Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione eProtezione nella gestione degli aspetti relativi alla Salute e Sicurezza deilavoratori e dei luoghi di lavoro;

-       Organizzare e gestire le scadenze ispettive degli enti ASL,ISPSL, VVFF garantendo il miglior esito delle ispezioni stesse, l’immediataesecuzione delle eventuali prescrizioni e l’archiviazione e l’aggiornamentodella relativa documentazione.

-       Predisporre ed effettuare la completa ed esaustiva gestionedegli Ordini per acquisto di beni e servizi per quanto di competenza e in pienaaderenza con le procedure relative al ciclo passivo adottate dalla società.

-       Monitorare periodicamente il numero e le tipologie diinterventi effettuati in ottica di costruzione e mantenimento di unareportistica degli interventi manutentivi;

-       Garantire la tenuta, l’archiviazione e l’aggiornamento delladocumentazione tecnica, relativa alle macchine e impianti per ogni unitàproduttiva.

 

 

Requisiti richiesti:

-       Laurea in Ingegneria/Architettura odiploma di Geometra;

-       Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5anni, preferibilmente nel settore Retail;

-       Ottima conoscenza dei programmi esoftware più diffusi nel settore;

-       Buona conoscenza della linguainglese.
