Lead Project Engineer Sistemi di Missione

Il Gruppo Manpower in collaborazione con Fincantieri ricerca una figura di Lead Project Engineer Sistemi di Missione.
Il candidato prescelto supporterà il Team che segue lo sviluppo della commessa dalla fase di offerta fino alla consegna al Cliente.
In particolare, svolgerà le seguenti attività:
  • Contribuire, in fase di avvio di commessa, alle attività di impostazione tra cui:
    • Analisi di dettaglio dei documenti contrattuali con verifica di completezza e congruenza con le ipotesi elaborate durante la fase di acquisizione del contratto
    • Sviluppo Preventivo Operativo, Piano dei Rischi in riferimento alle forniture proprie e/o alla possibile insorgenza di extra-costi di programma;
  • Fornire assistenza alla gestione dei materiali sensibili;
  • Garantire il soddisfacimento dei requisiti contrattuali:
    • Definisce la lista dei Main Items;
    • Supporta l’ufficio tecnico nella definizione della “matrice delle interfacce” della integrazione fisica del Sistema con la piattaforma e del piano per la verifica del flusso di informazioni fra le Unità coinvolte;
    • Monitora l’avanzamento delle attività di progettazione/produzione in accordo con il Master Plan;
  • Gestire le interfacce tecnico/programmatiche con il Cliente e con gli eventuali fornitori;
  • Supervisionare il processo di accettazione per le forniture;
  • Partecipare alla elaborazione del Piano dei Rischi e monitorare, con tutto il PM Team, l’andamento delle “azioni mitigatrici” individuate.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica, delle Telecomunicazioni, Elettrica, Navale o Gestionale;
  • Esperienza lavorativa pregressa di almeno 2 anni, maturata in ruoli analoghi, preferibilmente in aziende operanti per commessa o che realizzano Sistemi di Missione;
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese a livello B2;
  • Capacità di utilizzo di Excel e buon livello di conoscenza di SAP.
Sono ritenute fondamentali caratteristiche personali quali capacità relazionali e negoziali per la gestione dei rapporti interni ed esterni all'Organizzazione, flessibilità e orientamento al team-working. Completano il profilo l’attitudine al problem solving, la sensibilità economica e organizzativa e l’orientamento al risultato
È inoltre richiesta la disponibilità ad effettuare trasferte in Italia e all’estero.
Si offre assunzione diretta in azienda con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
