Siamo alla ricerca di un Lead Project Engineer - Integrated Logistic Support per ampliamento del nostro team operante in un'importante realtà nel settore dell'Aerospazio e Difesa, precisamente Navale, nella sede di Genova.

La figura si occuperà della gestione delle attività di ILS che consistono principalmente in:

  • Analisi, gestione e sviluppo dei task tecnico/contrattuali di Commessa relativa alle attività e forniture di ILS
  • Verifica ed analisi dei manuali di uso e manutenzione e relativa documentazione logistica a corredo nave
  • Verifica ed analisi di database logistici, liste PPddRR, dotazioni Nave, Special Tools & Test Equipment (STTE) e Insurance & Long Lead Items (ILLI)
  • Redazione di specifiche tecniche per l’esecuzione di corsi di addestramento industriali per manutentori di bordo e terra
  • Monitoraggio emissione Ordini di Acquisto, verifica avanzamento lavori ed aggiornamento dei file di gestione
  • Verifica delle forniture, controllo documentale con aggiornamento delle spedizioni e giacenze di magazzino
  • Gestione a sistema SAP di tutta la documentazione afferente alle varie attività di ILS

Qualifiche

Il candidato dovrà possedere una conoscenza specifica e buona padronanza della materia in quanto sarà diretto interfaccia con gli specialisti del Cliente, il PM Team di Costruzione, le società partners dedicate ed i fornitori degli apparati/impianti.  

 

Requisiti

  • Esperienza pluriennale in analoghe mansioni (min. 1 anno, preferibile 2 anni);
  • Conoscenza di strumenti informatici e pacchetto Office;
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team;
  • Buona padronanza lingua inglese.
