Main activities
Gestione di contratti pluriennali e gare: analisi e lettura dei contratti, imputazione delle informazioni ed inserimento dati nei Sistemi Aziendali; Gestione Archivio Amministrativo: apertura commessa, inserimento anagrafiche clienti, monitoraggio listini prezzi, gestione delle scadenze dei contratti e manutenzione delle commesse; Stanziamenti e verifica ricavi (Royalties, Minimi Garantiti, Investimenti, Sconti); Supporto alla fatturazione per le chiusure mensili; Interfaccia costante con i colleghi del proprio Team Ciclo Attivo e del team di Gestione del Credito; Relazioni funzionali con gli altri Uffici della Direzione Amministrazione, Finanza e Controllo (Contabilità Generale, Ciclo Passivo, Controllo di Gestione) e con i Direttori Servizi delle diverse Business Unit; Partecipazione a progetti di sviluppo e miglioramento dei sistemi (Dynamics 365), in collaborazione con la Direzione IT.
Requirements
Fondamentali/Must have
Pregressa esperienza nella funzione Amministrazione / Ciclo Attivo e consolidata autonomia nelle attività di fatturazione attiva; Provenienza da realtà strutturate, in settori che operano per commessa; Solide competenze in ambito contabile e ottima conoscenza e utilizzo di sistemi gestionali ERP.
