Continuous Improvement Quality Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION

Nell’ambito della Direzione Operations - Divisione Navi Mercantili, il Team Quality Transformation è dedicato alla analisi, sviluppo e implementazione di progetti di trasformazione dei processi, coerentemente con gli indirizzi di efficientamento del processo produttivo volti a garantire la migliore performance complessiva in termini di costi, qualità e tempi di realizzazione del prodotto Nave.

Per incrementare il Team, si ricerca una risorsa che abbia entusiasmo ed interesse verso i temi del miglioramento continuo, oltre che attitudine ad instaurare una stretta collaborazione con gli stabilimenti per traguardare obiettivi di eliminazione dei costi della non-qualità.

ATTIVITÀ

La risorsa, in affiancamento al Quality Transformation Manager, sarà dedicata a promuovere e coordinare le attività di miglioramento continuo, tra cui:

individuazione dei temi prioritari, la condivisione di analisi e contromisure, la visibilità dei risultati/performance verso le Funzioni coinvolte; supportare la Produzione dei Cantieri nella definizione di logiche e requisiti di controllo qualità del processo, collaborando alla definizione e all'individuazione delle aree di miglioramento

REQUISITI

Laurea in Ingegneria Navale Sarà considerato requisito preferenziale la eventuale esperienza anche breve (o di tirocinio/tesi) nel ruolo o nell'ambito operativo. Conoscenza delle norme e specifiche tecniche per la progettazione e costruzione navale, competenze nell'ingegneria della produzione, maturate preferibilmente nel settore navale e/o oil & gas, con particolare riferimento al miglioramento dei processi. ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (word, excell, ppt), sistemi CAD, SAP attitudine relazionale ed approccio orientato al problem solving [] [](Please note: this link will open the page in a new browser window.)
