Adecco Consultant Milano Tourism & Events è alla ricerca di un/una Breakfast Manager per conto di un importante hotel situato nel centro di Milano, per il loro ristorante di alto livello.

Descrizione della posizione:

Il/la Breakfast Manager avrà la responsabilità di gestire il servizio di colazione presso il ristorante dell'hotel, rinomato per la sua cucina fine dining che pone particolare attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti e alla stagionalità. Oltre al servizio colazione, l'hotel offre anche coffee break, cocktail e cene per eventi aziendali legati alle sale meeting della struttura.

Responsabilità principali:
- Gestione della mise-en-place e del servizio colazione, garantendo alti standard di qualità.
- Controllo delle giacenze dei prodotti per la colazione e gestione degli ordini di articoli mancanti, in collaborazione con lo Chef e il Restaurant Manager.
- Partecipazione alle attività del team di sala, mantenendo una comunicazione efficace con lo staff.
- Attenzione ai dettagli per anticipare le esigenze dei clienti e offrire un'esperienza personalizzata.
- Utilizzo corretto dei sistemi di cassa (con formazione interna).

Requisiti:
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e buona conoscenza dell'inglese (la conoscenza di altre lingue sarà considerata un plus).
- Esperienza di 3-4 anni in ruoli simili presso strutture di alto profilo.
- Capacità di lavorare in team, forte orientamento al cliente e passione per il proprio lavoro.
- Energia, flessibilità e abilità nel problem solving.

Cosa offriamo:
- Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di inserimento a tempo indeterminato.
- Inquadramento secondo il CCNL Turismo, con retribuzione commisurata all'esperienza.
- Ticket Restaurant come benefit (vitto e alloggio non inclusi).
- Disponibilità full-time su turni, con 1-2 giorni di riposo infrasettimanale.
