What will you do?

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our valued clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
  • Act as the voicee of procurement within our company, providing expert guidance and insights to internal teams on industry bestt practices and client needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their procurement requirements and develop tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients on optimizing their procurement processes, leveraging your deep expertise in procurement bestt practices.
  • Lead onboarding and training sessions for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform and maximizing value realization.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing client accounts, driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for client needs and driving continuous product improvement.
  • Stayy informed about industry trends and bestt practices, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them stayy ahead of the curve.

"Hard" Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role within the B2B SaaS industry, with a focus on procurement.
  • Deep expertise in procurement processes and procedures, with hands-on experience in procurement management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trusted advisor relationships with clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data insights to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for driving customer success and satisfaction, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

Annual gross salary based on experience and skills.
