Ci ha incaricati di ricercare un: Contract Logistics Distribution Specialist

Il Contract Logistics Transport Planner lavora all'interno del Contract Logistics. In questo caso, opererà per adidas Campus South, il nostro nuovo magazzino completamente automatizzato situato a Mantova che, con oltre 130.000 metri quadrati, rappresenterà un esempio senza precedenti di eccellenza e innovazione nel settore dell'automazione, esempio ineguagliabile di eccellenza e innovazione nelle operazioni di tecnologia automatizzata. Il Contract Logistics Transport Planner farà parte del team del Customer Service, ma collaborerà strettamente con i Flow Planner e il reparto Operation per gestire correttamente i vettori e i servizi di trasporto. Sotto la supervisione del Responsabile della Pianificazione dei Trasporti della Logistica Contrattuale, il suo obiettivo principale sarà quello di gestire la programmazione e l'organizzazione di tutti gli arrivi/partenze dei camion per garantire un corretto flusso di lavoro dei reparti in entrata e in uscita. Inoltre, interagirà costantemente con il cliente per ottenere informazioni cliente aggiornate sulle esigenze di trasporto e allineare di conseguenza la strategia di trasporto.

Principali attività:

- In linea con le linee guida e le direttive del servizio clienti, pianificare le consegne giornaliere delle merci dei clienti in
collaborazione con le parti interessate alla pianificazione dei flussi utilizzando il TMS/OTM (sistema di gestione dei trasporti).
- Sviluppare una solida interazione con il cliente garantendo un continuo allineamento riguardo a stato della spedizione, potenziali ritardi, programma del servizio di trasporto o altre informazioni relative alla pianificazione del trasporto.
- Per operare senza problemi, fornire e ottenere informazioni da/verso i reparti operativi riguardo allo stato del flusso di lavoro, ai problemi, ai ritardi e/o agli avanzamenti; quindi adattare il programma di trasporto tenendo conto della situazione attuale del flusso di lavoro; dall'altro lato, supportare le operazioni con la revisione delle attività in base alle esigenze di pianificazione dei trasporti.
- Lavorando con un approccio statistico e metrico, supervisionare lo stato dei servizi di trasporto e definire strategie per evitare ritardi critici.
- In accordo con le operazioni e gli altri dipartimenti legati all'attività locale, implementare ed eseguire azioni specifiche per risolvere i problemi di trasporto che potrebbero compromettere il flusso di lavoro del magazzino e il raggiungimento dei KPI.
- Costruire e potenziare una forte relazione con i partner dei vettori di trasporto, basata sull'interazione quotidiana e sulla comunicazione tempestiva per eseguire in modo efficiente la strategia di pianificazione dei trasporti;
- Identificare ed elaborare soluzioni di facile comprensione (report, dashboard, slide, extc...) per mostrare le informazioni scaricate dal TMS e da altri strumenti di trasporto per informare e aggiornare diversi tipi di stakeholder.

L’affiancamento e la formazione saranno svolti presso la sede di Milano, e in itinere presso altri plant per il periodo necessario; durante il periodo di briefing sarà corrisposta soluzione alloggio, rimborso per le spese sostenute per gli spostamenti.

Contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda, Package retributivo in funzione della seniority maturata nel ruolo.
