Ci ha incaricati di ricercare un: Contract Logistics Data Analyst

Il Contract Logistics Data Analyst lavora all'interno della Logistica Contrattuale. In questo caso, opererà per adidas Campus South, il nostro nuovo magazzino completamente automatizzato situato a Mantova, che con oltre 130.000 metri quadrati rappresenterà un esempio senza pari di eccellenza e innovazione nelle operazioni tecnologiche automatizzate. Lavorando come parte del team del Customer Service, il Contract Logistics Business Analyst estrarrà e analizzerà dati relativi al carico di lavoro del magazzino, ai problemi, alle tendenze e agli indicatori chiave di prestazione (KPI), per fornire informazioni e soluzioni potenziali al cliente e agli stakeholder interni. Svolgerà il suo ruolo utilizzando diversi software come SwiftLog, Tableau, BusinessObjects, ecc., e conducendo attività di reportistica.

Principali attività:
  • Estrarre e analizzare i dati relativi al carico di lavoro del magazzino, ai problemi, alle tendenze e ai KPI, per fornire informazioni e soluzioni potenziali ai clienti e agli stakeholder interni.
  • Stabilire e implementare procedure chiare per rispondere alle richieste di dati, tenere traccia di queste e monitorare l'efficacia delle procedure correlate, per fornire le informazioni necessarie in modo rapido ed efficiente.
  • Condurre attività di reportistica, implementare dashboard e sviluppare altri modi facili da comprendere per comunicare i dati relativi al carico di lavoro del magazzino, ai problemi, alle tendenze e ai KPI, per fornire informazioni in modo rapido ed efficiente.
  • Lavorare sul miglioramento continuo dei report, dei dashboard, dei grafici e di tutti gli altri modi di comunicazione dei dati, per migliorare l'efficacia della strategia di comunicazione dei dati.
  • Collaborare strettamente con le Operazioni e altri dipartimenti per comprendere le esigenze aziendali relative all'analisi dei dati e, di conseguenza, sviluppare attività di reportistica allineate alle richieste aziendali.
  • Utilizzare, comprendere e migliorare gli strumenti di analisi dei dati come SwiftLog, Tableau e BusinessObjects.
Contratto: Inserimento diretto in azienda, Package retributivo in funzione della seniority maturata nel ruolo.
