La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Emissione fatture e pagamenti fornitori
  • Gestione delle scadenze
  • Prima nota
  • Rapporti con commercialista e studio delle paghe per gli adempimenti (liquidazione IVA, chiusura del bilancio, elaborazione dei cedolini, ecc..)
  • Nell'ambito della gestione dei patrimoni immobiliari: predisposizione e invio avvisi di pagamento, solleciti, gestione scadenze contratti locazione (rinnovi imposte di registro, aggiornamenti ISTAT ecc..), supporto alla redazione dei consuntivi spese
  • Supporto alla redazione dei contratti di locazione ed alle attività di back office commerciale
  • Supporto alle attività di segreteria (chiamate in entrata, predisposizioni comunicazioni, appuntamenti)

La figura ideale possiede i seguenti requisiti:



  • Diploma o Laurea;
  • Almeno tre anni di esperienza in ruoli di carattere amministrativo-contabile
  • La provenienza dal settore immobiliare o da amministrazioni condominiali è un plus
  • Ottima conoscenza ed uso del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel)
  • Approccio energico e proattivo
  • Capacità organizzative e di analisi
  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e sotto stress
