In this Role, youll get to
B2B CS work for affiliated hotels and partners Resolve inquiries from hotel partners through phone, email, and real-time chat (reservations, system usage, etc.) Share the promotions to affiliated hotels and partner companies. Improvement of partner company satisfaction through collaboration with relevant departments What you'll Need to Succeed Bachelors in relevant course and above. Fresh graduate welcome to apply. Able to communicate efficiently in English. Candidate that able to speak Chinese will have added advantage. Experience in 5-star hotels, OTA travel agencies, and call center is preferred.
